SUMMARY:Membership Phone-A-Thon
DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, April 28\, 2021 – from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (ET)\nThe purpose of the event is to place phone calls to current members around the state\, thank them for their membership in the association\, and to ask how their business is doing. In addition\, we’re asking them if they have any desires to volunteer to serve on a committee or in local or state leadership. And finally\, we’re asking them for membership referrals. \nVolunteers will be assigned a list of ten members to call during the Phone-A-Thon. On the day of the Phone-A-Thon\, volunteers will join together on a Zoom call at 9:00 a.m. (ET) for approximately 15 minutes.  (See below for the Zoom log-on/dial-in information – for each date.) We will then mute the zoom call so volunteers can make their calls while we all work “together” via Zoom. During this time\, you will be able to submit any questions or immediate follow-up requests on the Zoom chat. After an hour\, volunteers will end their member calls and return to the Zoom call for a quick debriefing. \n

SUMMARY:NAIFA-Tampa Virtual Meeting - ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS FASTER...
DESCRIPTION:ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS FASTER AND EASIER BY CREATING DAILY ROUTINES TO REPROGRAM YOUR MIND\n\nIt’s not just a number’s game\, it’s an energetic game.\nJoin business and mindset coach\, Ralph Mazzuoccolo as he shares his secret to winning the day and winning more business. Ralph started in the financial industry and then went on to build his own business and create a top performing sales team. \nYou will learn: \n\nHow to maximize the two most important times of your day.\nHow to turn your autopilot into intentional habits to become a top producer.\nHow your mind works and how to make it work for you.\n\n“Monday was a prime example of how starting the day right can change everything. I ended up scheduling 9 appointments because everything was slowed down and centered.” – Nelson S. \nWEDNESDAY – MARCH 31\, 2021 AT 11:30 AM\nPROVIDED FREE AS A BENEFIT FROM NAIFA TAMPA BAY\nSPEAKER BIO\nRalph started as a financial advisor in 2008 with MassMutual\, during one of the worst economic recessions and he made it to one of the top agents. He qualified for multiple Quota Buster trips and Top 5 for Spring Lives Competition. \nIn 2014\, he made the switch over to private banking. That’s when he learned new principles\, a new way of thinking\, and although he still worked hard…success came easier.  He had ZERO experience in banking\, and within two years\, he rose to the Top 10 out of over 130+ in his position. \nIn 2017\, he started a network marketing business\, and he grew it to a 6 figure income by teaching his team the same principles and techniques he used. His team is among the Top 100 out of over 450\,000 teams in the network for the last three years. \nNow he teaches financial advisors the same life-changing principles\, techniques\, and mindsets to help them take their business to where they WANT it to be.
