In addition\, we’re asking them if they have any desires to volunteer to serve on a committee or in local or state leadership. And finally\, we’re asking them for membership referrals. \nVolunteers will be assigned a list of ten members to call during the Phone-A-Thon. On the day of the Phone-A-Thon\, volunteers will join together on a Zoom call at 9:00 a.m. (ET) for approximately 15 minutes.  (See below for the Zoom log-on/dial-in information – for each date.) We will then mute the zoom call so volunteers can make their calls while we all work “together” via Zoom. During this time\, you will be able to submit any questions or immediate follow-up requests on the Zoom chat. Wilder (“Chuck”)\, Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills\, Trusts and Estates\, of the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center\, has offices located at 151 Lookout Place\, Maitland\, Florida. He proudly sponsors NAIFA-Central Florida\, not only contributing his time\, effort and money but assisting with our Board and Continuing Education. \nChuck graduated from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law\, cum laude\, in January 1980\, and the University of Florida with a Master of Laws in Taxation in June 1981 in the top 25% of his class. \nFor the past thirty-nine years Chuck’s practice has consisted of values-based planning\, helping clients in the areas of wills\, trusts\, estate planning\, probate and guardianship matters. Chuck has been awarded the highest rating (AV) given by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is currently a member of WealthCounsel\, a nationwide organization of estate planning attorneys and ElderCounsel\, a nationwide organization of elder law practioners. \nHe was recently listed in the Top 100 Attorneys in the country in the December 2005 issue of Worth magazine and Orlando Magazine recognized him as one Central Florida’s Best Lawyers for over 15 years. Chuck has also been listed in Best Attorneys in Florida\, Best Attorneys in America\, Who’s Who in America\, Who’s Who in American Law\, Super Lawyers and the Guide to Florida Lawyers. \nHe is a past chairman of the Estate\, Guardianship and Trust Committee of the Orange County Bar Association. Chuck was an At-Large member on the Executive Council of the Real Property\, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar for over 20 years. Chuck was also admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
