Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Symposium

NAIFA’s Diversity Symposium comes back in person for 2022. Join us for our 7th Symposium in Washington, D.C. on May 23rd. This year’s program is shaping up to be a strong lineup of influential leaders in the industry and DEI space. Speaker line up to be announced soon. This year we will be focusing on two main topics: “Underserved Does Not Mean Under-Funded” and “Recruiting Today’s Generation”.

There is no cost to attend the symposium. Participants are encouraged to register for Congressional Conference immediately following the Diversity Symposium.
