This one-hour CE class is designed to educate general lines (P&C) agents on how to communicate with their policyholders the reasons for rapid rate increases in the Florida homeowner market. Included will be discussion on reinsurance markets, the impact of the CAT Fund on the re-insurance market, increases in litigation, and fraudulent claims activity. (NOTE:  This is the same CE class taught on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Attendees of the April 20 class will not receive CE credit for taking the class again on June 3.)
