This course is designed to assist financial professionals understand how women approach finances, what’s behind their decision-making process, and how, as a financial professional, they can best meet the investment needs of female clients. The presentation identifies four main female investor types and the common characteristics of each type. Information is provided on what advisors can expect when working with each personality, and how questions can be tailored to help identify the female client’s financial goals. Women generally have the same investment goals and objectives as men, but their approach to financial decision making differs. Understanding these differences is key for advisors wanting to help guide the female client.
