PRESENTATION: A personal story from Dr. Wade G. Winker, D.D.S. about his experience with life insurance, disability insurance and the need for planning.

Wade G. Winker, D.D.S., Doctor at Eustis Lakeside Dental

Dr. Winker has practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in Eustis, Florida for 30 years.  He received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Maryland in 1983 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1987.  He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps following dental school.

Dr. Winker is the former chairman of the Florida Board of Dentistry upon which he served from 2007- 2015.  He has also held many leadership positions for the Florida Dental Association which chose him as the Dentist of the Year for 2005.   Dr. Winker served as a consultant to the ADA’s Dentist Well Being Advisory Committee and served as its chair from 2005-8.  He is a past president of the Central Florida District Dental Association and Lake County Dental Society.

Dr. Winker lives in Leesburg, Florida with his wife of 16 years, Lynne, and they enjoy golf, bicycling, exercise, and spoiling their 17 year old grandson, Jacob, and their 13 year old granddaughter, Lacie.
